Clubhouse Capital secured a $3.9 million term loan to fund the installation of HVAC equipment and completion of related improvements in a 140,000 sf multi-tenanted property as part of a landlord’s lease obligation to a new long-term tenant. The loan was funded by a regional bank and featured a 10-year term and a 20-year amortization. (Summer 2020)
