Clubhouse Capital secured acquisition financing for the buyer of this well-known board game company. Crisloid is one the country’s leading manufacturers of classic board games such as backgammon, cribbage, checkers, chess, and dominoes. The buyer had been the VP at the 60-year-old company for 10 years. Utilizing a combination of asset-based and real estate financing, complimented by a state-sponsored economic development loan, Clubhouse financed 100% of the Buyer’s acquisition. Clubhouse Capital also secured a working capital line of credit utilized to update the company’s marketing program and fund the development of new products.  (Summer 2008)
