Clubhouse Capital secured $4.9 million in convertible debt for a start-up, vertically integrated MA cannabis company. The Company is opening adult-use retail stores in Barnstable, Bristol and Essex Counties, along with two cultivation facilities and a dedicated manufacturing facility. Loan proceeds are funding the build-out and opening of the first store plus administrative costs, pre-development costs, and the hiring of management-level employees. (Fall 2020)
