Clubhouse Capital secured a $14.0 million finance package for this well-known food distribution and logistics company specializing in frozen food storage. The package refinanced existing mortgage debt and funded the installation of a co-generation system that will reduce the company’s energy costs by 40-50%, an annual savings of nearly $800k.
