This historic non-profit nursing home was at risk of being liquidated due to losses at a sister independent living facility. Clubhouse Capital secured a $2.8 million bridge loan to halt a pending foreclosure, allowing the non-profit’s Board to sell the sister facility to stabilize operations. (Winter 2016).
