Clubhouse Capital secured $850,000 in bridge financing for the owner of The Manwaring Building in New London, CT. The Manwaring Building, built in 1913 and completely and impeccably restored over the past 5 years, is located on New London’s historic State Street, just one block from the ferry terminal, the Amtrak Station, and municipal, state and federal offices. The bridge loan allowed the property owner to retire existing mortgage debt at a discount. (Fall 2008)
