Clubhouse Capital secured a $2.35 million finance package to fund a client’s acquisition of this full-service plating company. The client had been managing the business under a revenue-sharing arrangement with the owner; Clubhouse was able to use the accrued profits due to its client as the requisite down payment on the transaction.
