Clubhouse Capital secured $5.0 million in mortgage financing to fund the continued development of this 1,000-acre sporting club and preserve that features a wide range of outdoor amenities and activities including bird hunting, sporting clays, trout and bass fishing, archery, rock climbing, golf, swimming and tennis, luxury cabins, ATV trails, and a 1/4 mile zip line. Memberships are presently selling for $200,000, and cabins within the preserve have sold at prices exceeding $1.0 million.  The loan was funded by a regional credit union.  (Winter 2015)
