Clubhouse Capital secured a $600k mortgage loan from a regional bank for the owner of this charming brick building in the middle of historic Pawtuxet Village. The owner also operates Basta Restaurant, the sole tenant that was recently voted the Best Restaurant in Rhode Island for 2017. Basta has established itself as one of the consistently best Italian food destinations in the state and enjoys a captive audience among the residents of the adjacent waterfront neighborhoods of Edgewood, Pawtuxet Village, and Gaspee.
