Clubhouse Capital secured a $3.5 million construction loan to fund development of the community house and phase 2 infrastructure at this thriving retirement community in RI’s South County region. Upon completion, it will feature 300+ homes, a clubhouse and a 9-hole golf course. Since breaking ground in 2015, the project has enjoyed a brisk pace of sales and has attracted buyers from throughout New England and the NYC Metro areas. The loan was funded by a local bank.
