Northeast US Corridor

Clubhouse Capital secured a $1.5 million bridge loan to fund working capital for the developer of a Tier 4 data center contemplated for a strategic location within the Northeast US corridor. The loan funded engineering and legal fees necessary for final project entitlement and was secured by off-balance-sheet real estate. (Fall 2017)
